What would you do if you could do anything in the world, and money was no object? First, you'd make a list; that's what I did, anyway. And while money is definitely an object, sometimes as big as an elephant in a room, you find a way to get what you want without being trampled. This blog is about my Bucket List and yours, too. My list ranges from baking a souffle for my husband Sarge, to sitting atop a tortoise in the Galapagos. While contemplating your own list, enjoy some of my adventures.

MOST STYLISH BLOGGER award
And the winner is........................Adventure Salon!
My good friend Madeline Mora-Summonte over at ShellShank Redemption granted me this award! Me, who sits and types her blogposts in her PJ's and top hat.
Now that I've won, I am privileged to be able to pass it on to two bloggers that I follow who I think are tres chic also. They are (insert drumroll here): God Whispers in my Ear and Color in our World. I think you'll enjoy their blogs as much as I do.
I also get to share seven things about myself, so here goes:
1. This is my SECOND blog award! Thank you very much.
2. I eat less than one cookie per year (Because I love them so much)
3. I don't curse (Sarge does enough for the both of us)
4. My favorite snack is raw bell pepper (I know, right? You, too.)
5. I sneak my own popcorn into the movies (Trader Joe's olive oil popcorn... delish!)
6. I have published one short story and garnered one Honorable Mention
7. I've never been divorced, but I have been married twice (Riddle me that, Batman)

Thank you, Arlene, I am honored that you nominated my blog.
See, this is why I knew you deserved this award - pajamas and a top hat? I knew you were stylish! :)
That cookie thing still amazes me!
You're welcome, Barb!
Madeline, shush! You are my idol.
HOW do you only eat one cookie a year?! (and what kind of cookie is it?)
LOL, Jessica. It could be ANY kind of cookie that's in my vicinity. If Sarge is eating oatmeal/raisin, I take ONE bite. Couple months later, my kids might be eating chocolate chip. . . I take ONE bite. It continues on like that so that by the end of the year, I've eaten the equivalent of one cookie. It's like crack to me, so I have to stay away from them.
