What would you do if you could do anything in the world, and money was no object? First, you'd make a list; that's what I did, anyway. And while money is definitely an object, sometimes as big as an elephant in a room, you find a way to get what you want without being trampled. This blog is about my Bucket List and yours, too. My list ranges from baking a souffle for my husband Sarge, to sitting atop a tortoise in the Galapagos. While contemplating your own list, enjoy some of my adventures.

Fab 5 Fridays
. . . where I flash on 5 of my favorite things. This week, it's my 5 favorite words:
1. Kerfuffle - more than a ruckus, less than a commotion. Sarge is always kicking up a kerfuffle.
2. Oxymoron - a moron, but a moron that's been washed OxyClean.
3. Mellifluous - (a) having a smooth rich flow; or, (b) filled with something (as honey) that sweetens. Sarge thinks he is mellifluous, by either definition.
4. Cumquat - say it out loud. It just sounds funny, yes? Then say it again. Cumquat. LOL (I crack myself up!)
5. Opinion - Sarge says I like it because I always have one, but really, I like it because I can type it one-handed.

"Kerfuffle." Sounds like it should mean something warm and cozy. Regardless, it's a silly work and it makes me smile.
I like superfluous and communicative. I also like Villanova and Juan Ponce de Leon if I can choose proper nouns. I like the way the roll of the tongue.
LOL, Jayne, it does sound like something warm and fuzzy. I'm going to put on my kerfuffle; it's cold in here...LOL
Yes, Jess, I like superfluous, too, because I love to hear people mispronounce it. They usually say superfalous. :-)
